Timothy G. Price


Tim attended the U.W.O. Faculty of Law, graduating in 1980. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1982.

 

Tim is the firm’s litigator. He advocates for his and the firm’s clients before both courts and administrative tribunals. His practice and experience encompass a wide spectrum, including:
 


 Related Experience

As a Trustee on the London and Middlesex Roman Catholic School Board, Tim twice chaired and was chief negotiator for the Board in its collective agreement negotiations with O.E.C.T.A.

For several years, Tim was an arbitrator under the Ontario Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan, adjudicating disputes between automobile manufacturers and their customers.

Tim has been a part-time Assistant Crown Attorney, prosecuting Criminal Code and drug offences. He has also conducted prosecutions for municipalities and Conservation Authorities.

He has taught at the Bar Admission Course, providing instruction in Advocacy and Child Welfare.

Tim has also spoken on the topics of child welfare and young offenders as an invited lecturer in courses at King’s University College, London.

Background

Tim is a life long resident of London, having attended both elementary and secondary school in the city. He attended the University of Western Ontario where, before obtaining his law degree, he obtained his B.Sc. (Biology and Chemistry) in 1977.
