J.H. (Kim) Little
Kim Little received his undergraduate degree in 1956, from the University of Western Ontario. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1960. He was appointed Queens Counsel in 1972.
In 1960 he joined the firm of Shepherd McKenzie where he continued as the firm grew until 1991 when the predecessor to Little, Inglis, Price & Ewer LLP was founded.
Areas of Practice
Kim’s concentration during his years of practice has been on the law of real property with a secondary interest in wills and estates. Specific areas of practice have been
- Residential purchases, sales and mortgages
- Land development purchases and sales
- Registration of subdivisions
- Registration of condominiums
